Job summary

Chainalysis Government Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator — Government Deployments to operate, maintain, secure, and optimize Chainalysis technology within classified U.S. Intelligence Community environments. You will sustain approved production architectures and work on-site with customers in the Washington, D.C.

area. Role requires strong Linux/Windows administration, C2S/AWS expertise, and security engineering per RMF/STIGs.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required at start.
U.S. citizenship required (visa sponsorship not available).
5+ years in systems administration or technical delivery in classified U.S. Government or IC environments.
Hands-on with C2S/AWS and core cloud services (EC2, VPC, RDS, S3).
Strong Linux and Windows system administration background, including web infrastructure (Apache, WSGI, PostgreSQL).
Proven security engineering experience with RMF/STIGs and vulnerability remediation.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, administer, maintain Linux and Windows in government environments.
Lead upgrades, patching, configuration changes, and deployments within established architectures.
Maintain security hardening and compliance per RMF/STIG requirements and audits.
Configure, test, and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls and monitoring.
Implement and maintain backup/recovery procedures and disaster recovery testing.
Collaborate with customer system owners and CGS teams; develop runbooks and SOPs.
