Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at the start.
• U.S. citizenship required; this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of systems engineering, solutions engineering, or technical delivery in classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, capability demonstrations, and proofs of value with cleared customers.
• Own deployment, integration, and configuration of the Chainalysis platform within customer environments, on-premises and cloud-based.
• Lead deployment and operation of solutions with strong on-premise focus.
• Diagnose, report, and resolve product and system issues with rigorous documentation.
• Interface between customer stakeholders and Chainalysis product/engineering teams, building trust.
