Job summary

Chainalysis Government Solutions is seeking a Systems Engineer supporting Cleared Programs to act as the technical bridge with national security customers. The role emphasizes on-premises infrastructure, autonomous work within classified environments, and collaboration with customer stakeholders and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive systems engineering experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to translate requirements into practical solutions for both operators

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required at start.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations for cleared customers.
• Own deployment, integration, and configuration of Chainalysis platform, on-premises and cloud.
• Drive deployment and operation of solutions focusing on on-premise infrastructure.
• Diagnose issues and maintain rigorous technical documentation.
• Interface with customer stakeholders and Chainalysis product/engineering teams.
• Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and support pursuit teams as the on-premise SME.
• Train customer staff and troubleshoot with them.
• Configure and integrate systems across environments, APIs, data integrations, and cloud.
• Translate requirements into actionable internal recommendations.
• Learn environments to identify risks, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
