Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required at start.
• U.S. citizenship required (visa sponsorship not available).
• 5+ years of experience in systems administration or technical delivery within classified U.S. Government or Intelligence Community environments.
• Hands-on experience with C2S/AWS and core cloud services (EC2, VPC, ELB, RDS, S3, EBS).
• Strong Linux and Windows system administration background, including web infrastructure (Apache, WSGI, PostgreSQL).
• Proven security engineering experience including RMF/STIG-based hardening and vulnerability remediation.
• Solid network engineering foundation (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection).
• Virtualization expertise with VMware/Hyper-V/KVM.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Systems Administration & Production Operations: Install, configure, administer, maintain, and optimize Linux and Windows operating systems within C2S/AWS and approved government environments; provision IaaS components and maintain web/infrastructure.
• System Maintenance & Release Management: Lead upgrades, patching, changes, and deployments; coordinate maintenance windows and post-deployment verification.
• Security, Hardening & Compliance: Maintain systems per RMF/STIG; remediate vulnerabilities and support security audits.
• Network & Integration Engineering: Configure/test/troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, firewalls, and monitoring for data transfer between environments.
• Backup, Recovery & Operational Resilience: Implement backup/recovery procedures and DR testing; identify single points of failure.
• Customer & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide technical support, runbooks, SOPs; relay field observations to Product/Engineering.
