Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1 year of hands-on experience with Linux server administration.
1-2 years supporting a mixed desktop environment (Windows and macOS).
1-2 years managing virtual servers and desktops.
1-2 years of basic networking administration experience.
Experience with SSO/identity management platforms (like Okta or JumpCloud).
Strong proficiency in productivity tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, or Google equivalents).
Responsibilities
Maintain and support company networks and infrastructure to maximize uptime.
Provide support to internal users across Windows and Mac environments.
Handle backups, disaster recovery, and system monitoring.
