Job summary

Tuknik Government Services, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, seeks a Systems Administrator to support our government customer in Carlsbad, NM. Plan, coordinate, and execute with Network engineers and Service Desk to manage enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring availability, performance, and security across systems.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree in CS or related field or 4 years of IT experience with 2+ years in Windows Server/AD, plus experience with Remedy/ZenDesk; U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Computer Science and/or 4 years IT experience, with 2+ years in Windows server AD administration.
• DOE/NIST 800-53 experience encouraged; ability to document and report on multiple projects.
• Experience with Remedy/ZenDesk/Web Help Desk for workload tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute with Network engineers, Service Desk, and IT Operations Manager to manage enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across systems; document and report on projects.
