The State of Utah is seeking a Systems Administrator to maintain and secure IT systems, endpoints, and core audit applications from the Office of the Utah State Auditor. You will ensure high availability, robust endpoint security, and strict Segregation of Duties between IT administration and confidential audit workpapers.

Responsibilities include imaging and deploying hardware, supporting agency applications, managing access controls, storage, and patching.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field and relevant IT coursework.
• Two years of professional systems administration or enterprise endpoint/desktop support experience.
• Proficiency administering Windows 10/11 Enterprise, Windows Server, and Active Directory / Entra ID.

• Image, deploy, support, and inventory laptops, peripherals, and software for on-site and remote personnel.
• Provide primary technical support, user provisioning, and vendor update coordination for agency applications.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and security groups in Active Directory and Entra ID; enforce strict SoD.
