Job summary

Planet Fitness in Boston, MA is seeking a Sr. Endpoint Engineer (Executive Technology) to shape the enterprise endpoint strategy. You will lead Windows/macOS provisioning, patching, and automation while delivering white-glove support to the Executive Leadership Team.

This on-site role requires proximity to Boston and collaboration with IT peers. You will design standards, manage Intune/MECM/Autopilot/Addigy deployments, and advance security baselines across devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of endpoint engineering/IT operations experience.
• 3+ years of executive-level white-glove support.
• Strong Windows, macOS, iOS, Android endpoint management experience.
• PowerShell or scripting to automate endpoint tasks.

Responsibilities

• Owns endpoint engineering strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management.
• Lead deployment, patching, security baseline, and automation initiatives.
• Provide senior executive technology support for the Executive Leadership Team.
• Manage office expansions, technology refreshes, and enterprise deployments.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams.
