Job summary

TEKsystems' client seeks a Network/Systems Administrator to support distribution control room technologies in Newark, DE. This contract position offers hybrid work and pays $30.00-$33.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include desktop support, Windows 10/11, server hardware, NetApp, VMware, PowerCLI, PowerShell, ServiceNow, JIRA, and NERC CIP compliance. A 4–6 year experience range and strong communication and leadership are required.

Qualifications

• This person must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in network/systems administration.
• Ability to communicate with hardware vendors, control room engineers, and Windows teams.

Responsibilities

• Support distribution control room technologies and participate in domain/control room upgrades.
• Provide desktop and server hardware support for Windows environments.
• Maintain Windows 10/11, networking, and PowerShell tooling.
• Adhere to change management procedures and compliance like NERC CIP.
