The Department for Public Health (DPH), Division of Administration and Financial Management (AFM), is seekinga Systems Administrator for our Local Health Operations (LHO) branch. This position will serve as the leadmedical coding specialist. It will also interact with all 120 counties in the state of Kentucky and buildrelationships with those that work in the Local Health Departments (LHDs) in the state. This position willperform medical coding audits, keep all coding information in the system up to date and provide codingtraining to all health departments. You will also assist with User Meetings, system security requests andprocess service fee overrides.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, OR SKILLS: Two years of experience in IT systems administration, IT systems support, or IT systems analysis
Substitute EDUCATION for EXPERIENCE: Additional education in computer science, IT, or a related field will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
