• High School graduate.

• Education may substitute for experience year-for-year.
• Experience with IT security, coding reviews, and training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Network Systems Security Liaison.
• Serve as LHO Branch Service Desk Coordinator.
• LHD Network Systems Security Resets/Unlocks.
• Answer Help Desk Phone Calls.
• Assist with Onsite Coding Compliance Reviews.
• Update DPH Administrative Reference (AR).
• Update Distribution Lists.
• Perform Other Duties as Assigned.
