Qualifications

• Minimum of five years combined experience in server operations, network operations, IT infrastructure engineering or closely related fields.
• At least one year in a Senior/Lead professional role.
• Minimum of three years in service delivery teams or equivalent.
• Substitutions: education for experience allowed year-for-year; no substitution for required management experience.
• Certifications may credit substitutions for experience/education.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks and resource plans for business projects with PMs to ensure adequate resources.
• Create and execute plans to address opportunities, support teamwork, and adapt to change and feedback.
• Develop work plans to meet priorities and deadlines.
• Ensure the team follows procedures and policies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to make decisions and elevate risks and opportunities.
• Lead and support adoption of Native and Hybrid Cloud strategies.
• Engage in leadership development and inclusive leadership training.
