You will partner with Radiation Oncology physicians, medical physicists, dosimetrists, nursing, and revenue-cycle teams to ensure safe, high-quality care. Travel across Duke Health locations is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy is required.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, leadership, or related field strongly preferred.
• Current ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (RT(T)) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of radiation therapy clinical experience.
• 3 years of leadership experience in radiation oncology preferred.
• Experience in an academic medical center environment preferred.

• Direct staffing models, workflow, and care delivery across settings.
• Standardize clinical workflows, treatment protocols, and policies.
• Ensure safe, accurate, and timely radiation therapy delivery per regulations.
• Lead implementation of new technologies and equipment.
• Manage disruptions and site transitions; support staffing during peaks.
• Mentor chiefs and frontline staff; hire and develop talent.
• Lead quality improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
