Job summary

Duke Health in Durham, North Carolina seeks a System Chief Radiation Therapy to provide strategic leadership for radiation therapy services across the Duke Health System. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Radiation Therapy or related field required.
• Master's degree in healthcare administration, leadership, or related field strongly preferred.
• Current ARRT certification: Radiation Therapy RT(T).

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for radiation therapy services across all sites.
• Align clinical and operational priorities with physicians and interdisciplinary leadership.
• Direct staffing models, workflow, and care delivery across academic and community settings.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
