Qualifikationen

• BSN or higher degree required; NC license or compact licensure required within 90 days of start date.
• Minimum 12 months of relevant clinical nursing experience.
• Nurses licensed without a BSN must enroll in BSN program within two years and complete within seven years.
• BLS certification required.

• Provide and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Use nursing judgment to tailor care plans to patient needs and responses.
• Delegate tasks and supervise licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Serve as team lead or charge nurse for a unit or group of patients.
• Monitor environment and resources; ensure equipment readiness.
