Job summary

Sandisk is seeking a highly experienced technical professional to lead system level test solution development and product qualification for advanced NAND technologies. You will drive cross-functional collaboration to define test strategies that ensure high-quality, cost-effective product delivery aligned with customer expectations.

The role emphasizes owning test strategy, platform bringup (ATE), data-driven improvements, and collaboration with NAND tech, Design, QA, Firmware, and Manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer/Electrical Engineering or related field; 8+ years in memory, system-level product or test engineering.
• Experience applying knowledge of Product Engineering, Product Development, and NAND performance/reliability optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for guiding multi-functional, global teams.
• Ability to lead a team, make quick decisions, and solve complex problems.
• Strong understanding of PCIe, System Architecture, ASIC and NAND flash fundamentals at device level.
• Experience with DFT techniques and data analysis tools; scripting in Python, C, C++.

Responsibilities

• Define and own test strategy, flow design, test platform bringup (ATE) and qualification delivering quality and cost targets.
• Extract relevant items from product/marketing requirements for production test design.
• Coordinate test coverage to meet DPPM targets across product development stages with cross-functional teams.
• Lead data analysis, optimize test flows, and drive yield improvement activities.
• Oversee RMA failure analysis and drive corrective actions with owners across teams.
• Build scalable test software infrastructure for automation and AI-assisted flows.
• Develop methodologies for ATE test programs, validation, and debugging.
• Advance DFT techniques and test diagnostics for system-level coverage via firmware.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans across the organization.
