Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. in Colorado Springs seeks System Test Engineers to join the GMASS team. You will design, develop, and execute tests for 6 radars, collaborating with systems engineering, software, hardware, cyber, and logistics teams to ensure performance, cost, and schedule objectives.

Ideal candidates have strong test planning experience, debugging skills, and the ability to communicate findings. US citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience developing and executing test plans, descriptions, and procedures.
• Ability to commute and work daily in Colorado Springs.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement testing activities in laboratories or site locations.
• Plan and arrange labor, schedules, and equipment needed for test and evaluation.
• Specify parameters for sample testing and define/develop tests to be performed through the creation of Test Plans, Descriptions, and Procedures.
• Compile data from tests and analyze results to recommend changes to testing parameters, procedures, and/or processes or verify requirements.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, supporting data-driven decision-making.
