nou Systems, Inc. (nSI) is seeking a Network Engineer to join the Ground Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) team in Colorado Springs, CO.

The role focuses on designing, implementing, and maintaining the network infrastructure for a radar weapon system, including VLANs, IP addressing, and secure remote access. You will work with a multidisciplinary team on modernization efforts across six radars, with responsibilities spanning SW/HW/cyber, and you must have U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Secret security clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of full-time network engineering experience.
• Experience with Agile SW development and Scrum.
• Ability to commute to Colorado Springs daily.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure for radar systems, ensuring reliable and secure operations.
• Configure VLANs, IP schemes, and network segmentation to optimize performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance using Wireshark or similar tools.
• Support disaster recovery planning and documentation of network architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SW, HW, cyber, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and industry standards.
