Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of system-level hardware and software testing experience.
• Experience testing mission-critical communications, networking, telecommunications, or Air Traffic Management systems.
• Strong experience writing formal test documentation.
• Experience supporting customer acceptance testing.
• Background with VoIP, networking, telecommunications, or radio communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute formal system-level test procedures.
• Create comprehensive test plans, verification procedures, and traceability documentation.
• Perform functional, performance, security, and integration testing.
• Support customer Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
• Document defects and reproduce issues for engineering teams.
• Manage laboratory test environments, equipment, and test scripts.
• Review system requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
• Interface directly with customers during formal testing events.
• Maintain detailed test records and communicate results to engineering leadership.
