Job summary

Heven AeroTech is seeking a Hydrogen Test Engineer in Winchester, VA to verify hydrogen production systems, including electrolyzers, compressors, storage, and fueling equipment, meet specifications before factory shipment and after field installation.

You will design, execute, and document FAT/SAT procedures; instrument test setups; and collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot and drive corrective action for reliable hydrogen systems powering UAS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience testing electromechanical, fluid, or power systems.
• Hands-on experience with electronic loads, power supplies, and DAQ systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document FAT/SAT procedures for hydrogen production systems.
• Instrument test setups with loads and DAQ hardware; troubleshoot failures and drive corrective actions.
• Support on-site SAT activities, coordinating logistics and safety.
