Job summary

Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to join their Compute Hardware team. The role involves validating automotive-grade PCB designs, performing board-level testing, and automating lab workflows.

The ideal candidate should have a BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 2-6 years of relevant experience in board-level testing. The position offers significant learning opportunities and the chance to work on next-generation hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of hands-on experience in board-level testing and validation.
• Comfortable working in a lab setting with test equipment.
• Experience with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing.

Responsibilities

• Execute and improve validation test plans for custom automotive PCBs.
• Characterize board performance using lab equipment.
• Automate lab equipment and test routines using Python or similar.

Skills

Hands-on experience in board-level testing

Test automation (Python, LabView)

Documentation and communication skills
