Nashville Public Radio seeks a qualified professional to provide client support and resolve technical issues across MM AMR and AMI, from meter reading to billing integration.

You will install software releases, configure connections to Internet servers, and train clients on system usage, with both remote and on-site installation responsibilities for Harmony-related systems.

Qualifications

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, email and other electronic mediums covering MM AMR, AMI from meter reading through to transfer into the customer billing system.
• Install and send new releases of company software to client via appropriate channels.
• Identify and correct or advise on operational issues in client computer or meter reading systems.

Job Details

• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via phone, E-Mail, and other electronic mediums covering MM AMR, AMI from meter reading through to transfer into the customer billing system.
• Install and send new releases of company software to client via appropriate channels
• Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer or meter reading systems
• Configure software to connect to Internet application servers
• Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services
• Provide training to clients in the use of system and applications as related to company offered systems
• Once trained the position will require remote and on-site installation training to customers on company offered systems
• Support sale of Harmony 'Azure Cloud' & upgrades of DCS to Harmony Support Harmony interfaces, and a variety of technical needs including but not limited to 3Gtechnician.net, DCS, VRS, etc
