Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our utilities team. The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our utility room, monitoring pressure and temperature gauges, and performing rounds to check for leaks or abnormal equipment sounds.

Salary is $30-$40 per hour on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri and every other Saturday). Benefits include a free benefits plan, yearly bonuses, and strong growth opportunities in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Mechanical inclination (understand hand tools)
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
• High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment in the utilities room
• Follow an SOP and action plan
• Repair and replace faulty components and parts, like changing seals, oiling and greasing machines, etc.
• Carry 50 lbs. salt bags up stairs to put in softener (only a few times per day)
• Monitor pumps, valves, and other gauges to ensure proper functionality
