Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our utilities team, ensuring smooth operation of the utilities room and monitoring gauges for leaks or abnormal sounds. You will perform rounds and routine maintenance while following established SOPs.

The role offers a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri and alternating Saturdays) with a pay rate of $30–$40 per hour, a benefits plan, yearly bonuses, and strong growth potential within the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
• Able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools.
• Willing to learn and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment in the utilities room.
• Follow an SOP and action plan.
• Repair and replace faulty components and parts (e.g., changing seals, oiling and greasing).
• Carry 50 lb salt bags up stairs to put in the softener (a few times per day).
• Monitor pumps, valves, and gauges to ensure proper functionality.

Shift: 2nd shift – Monday-Friday and every other Saturday
