Job description

Company Description:

Crown Equipment Corporation is a leading innovator in world-class forklift and material handling equipment and technology. Summary:

Manage, maintain, develop, and deploy the Company’s contract management system (CMS).

Responsibilities:

  1. CMS Administration: Administer CMS and communicate with the CMS vendor. Coordinate with other CMS users on user licenses and permissions and customer, vendor and other data masters. Understand the software’s organizational, user and security group settings and permissions. Attend on-line training. Create reports tracking key performance metrics.
  2. CMS Implementation: Implement additional CMS items, functions and features, as requested by GC. Assist with creating and maintaining training materials. Create new contract types, including some in languages other than English, and work with business units on tailoring to track requested data. Create new contract type rules, templates and clauses in the CMS. Coordinate with business units on revisions to existing contract types.
  3. User Support: Meet regularly with system users and business units to understand needs. Support users and advise on system utilization, providing semi-technical guidance. Work with designated IT support personnel to identify and implement needed technical adjustments. Provide appropriate user training.
  4. System Issues and Updates: Work with other CMS users and business units to handle any questions or concerns and coordinate with the CMS vendor to resolve issues. Coordinate scheduled downtimes for system improvements. Notify business users of any changes to CMS.
  5. Existing Contracts and Assistance with Workflow: Upload existing (“legacy”) contracts into the system. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

2-4 years' related experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business-related area. Knowledge and experience with contract-management software programs, commercial contracts, or relational database structures, including set up and hierarchy. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with other team members and influence business users to change behavior. Good attention to detail and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
