Hims & Hers is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Legal Operations Specialist to join our growing legal team. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our contract management processes, leveraging our Ironclad CLM system, and ensuring efficient and compliant contract lifecycles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal operations best practices, significant hands-on experience with Ironclad, and a passion for process improvement. This role will primarily focus on the operational and administrative aspects of contract management, and will not involve direct contract review or redlining.
Ironclad CLM Administration: Serve as an administrator for our Ironclad CLM system, including user management, workflow configuration, template creation and maintenance, reporting, and system updates.
Contract Process Management: Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from request intake and drafting to negotiation, execution, and post-execution management. This includes:
Facilitating the contract process within Ironclad.
Tracking contract progress and key milestones.
Ensuring timely completion of tasks and approvals.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate contract processes, leveraging Ironclad's features and integrations.
Training & Support: Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on the use of Ironclad and contract management best practices.
Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key contract metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to the legal team and business stakeholders.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure compliance with internal contract policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations. Support internal and external audits related to contracts.
Vendor Management: May be involved in vendor onboarding and management processes related to legal services or technology.
Special Projects: Contribute to other legal operations projects as needed, such as implementing new technologies, assisting with e-billing tasks, or improving other legal processes.
Bachelor's degree required; paralegal certificate or legal operations certification a plus.
3-5 years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or a related field.
Demonstrable, hands-on experience administering a CLM tool is essential. Ironclad administrator experience preferred.
Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
Experience with other CLM systems or legal technology a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and highly organized.
