$85,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Location: Palm Desert, CA (Onsite)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic IT Manager to lead our technology operations onsite in Palm Desert, CA. This role is perfect for an experienced IT professional who excels at managing network infrastructure, system security, and IT support services while driving innovation and efficiency. You will oversee the day-to-day IT operations, provide leadership to the IT team, and ensure seamless technology integration across our organization.

What You’ll Do

1. IT Infrastructure Management – Oversee network systems, servers, hardware, and cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance.
2. Cybersecurity & Compliance – Implement security measures, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
3. Technical Support & Troubleshooting – Provide high-level IT support, resolving complex issues efficiently.
4. Vendor & Budget Management – Work with external vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage IT budgets effectively.
5. Strategic IT Planning – Develop and execute IT strategies that align with business goals.

What We’re Looking For

1. Experience: 5+ years in IT systems and network infrastructure and 1+ in a leadership or lead position.
2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of network administration, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure.
3. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues swiftly and effectively.
4. Leadership & Communication: Strong ability to lead teams and communicate IT solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
