Job summary

Bowman Andros Products seeks a System Quality Pillar Specialist to respond to consumer and customer complaints and to create and manage product specifications. The role includes auditing records, building datasets, and analyzing quality parameters to support regulatory compliance and customer quality across the organization.

The position requires collaboration across departments and may involve working on production floor, lab, and office environments to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; two years related experience or training.
• Basic algebra: reliably add, subtract, multiply, divide, take averages, etc.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; technical writing and presentations.
• Experience in a food manufacturing setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and audit records related to customer quality complaints.
• Perform analytic procedures and precisely record data.
• Oversee import and export documentation.
• Build and maintain datasets in Excel.
• Conduct root cause analysis of problems.
• Assist in data analysis and generation of reports.
• Ensure new specifications and SOPs are updated and controlled.
• Collaborate to improve Customer Quality and Compliance systems.
• Participate in GMP audits of Production and Warehouse areas.
• Contribute to continual improvement of customer quality processes.
• Deliver samples requested by sales team.
• Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
