Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering or technical field.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in the medical device industry.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with FDA/ISO/MDR regulations.
• Strong project management experience and travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulatory requirements for medical device complaint handling and reporting.
• Lead high-impact projects within Global Quality to improve post-market quality across divisions.
• Coordinate multisite, cross-functional activities to meet timelines.
• Communicate milestones and timelines to senior leadership clearly.
• Use analytics to identify risks and opportunities and support SOP development.
