Intralot, Inc. is seeking a Technical Support professional to provide systems support for telecom and lottery terminal software. The role includes monitoring devices, verifying data integrity, and assisting QA testing.

You will process installation requests and collaborate with Field Service Technicians to troubleshoot equipment. Applicants must have a high school diploma with at least one year of related experience, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Knowledge of networking and data communications; ability to troubleshoot.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite).
• Verify data integrity across multiple systems; assist QA testing of new Lottery terminal software.
• Generate system reports; operate proprietary Intralot software applications; monitor hardware availability.
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships.
• Work with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for daily tasks; assist Call Center with inquiries.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts.

Education, Training and Experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems, including the following:
• Monitor and troubleshoot telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite)
• Verify data integrity across several systems
• Assist with Quality Assurance testing of new Lottery terminal software
• Generate system reports based on customer, management, or development requests
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications
• Monitor system hardware availability
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships
• Work closely with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for all daily work assignments
• Assist Call Center Operators with answering incoming calls from stores that require assistance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned
