Intralot, Inc. seeks a Tech Support Associate to provide on-site technical support for lottery systems, monitor telecommunications devices, and verify data integrity. You will assist QA testing, generate reports, and work closely with Field Service Technicians to install or troubleshoot equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for systems and monitor telecom devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite).
• Verify data integrity across systems.
• Assist with QA testing of new Lottery terminal software.
• Generate system reports on request.
• Operate proprietary Intralot software applications.
• Monitor hardware availability.
• Process customer requests for installs/removals/ownership changes.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians to install or troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow checklists and procedures for daily tasks.
• Assist Call Center with incoming support calls.
• Work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Training and Experience

High school diploma; and one (1) year related experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems, including the following:
• Monitor and troubleshoot telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite)
• Verify data integrity across several systems
• Assist with Quality Assurance testing of new Lottery terminal software
• Generate system reports based on customer, management, or development requests
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications
• Monitor system hardware availability
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships
• Work closely with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for all daily work assignments
• Assist Call Center Operators with answering incoming calls from stores that require assistance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned
