Job summary

Intralot, Inc. is seeking a technical support specialist to provide system support and monitor telecom devices across our gaming platforms. You will verify data integrity, assist QA testing of lottery software, and generate reports on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and one year related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT preferred, or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn new methodologies and software applications.
• Strong knowledge of networking and data communications.
• Ability to troubleshoot using documented procedures.
• Effective communication skills and PC/peripherals troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of various operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems and monitor telecom devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite).
• Verify data integrity across multiple systems and assist QA testing of new Lottery terminal software.
• Generate system reports on customer, management, or development requests.
• Operate proprietary Intralot software applications and monitor hardware availability.
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships.
• Coordinate with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for daily work.
• Assist Call Center Operators with calls from stores requiring assistance.
• Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts.

• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned
