Intralot, Inc. is seeking a capable technical support professional to assist with systems, networking, and data integrity. The role includes QA testing, report generation, and coordination with Field Service Technicians.

Must possess a high school diploma with 1 year of related experience or a CS/IT degree. Ability to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts is required. Equal opportunity employer and safety screenings apply.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn new methodologies and software applications.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of networking and data communications.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical support for systems and monitor telecommunications devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite).
• Verify data integrity across multiple systems.
• Assist with Quality Assurance testing of new Lottery terminal software.
• Generate system reports on demand for customers, management, or development.
• Operate proprietary Intralot software applications and monitor hardware availability.
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or changes of ownership.
• Collaborate with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for daily tasks.
• Assist Call Center with inbound stores requiring assistance.
• Work night and weekend 12-hour shifts.

Education, Training and Experience

High school diploma; and one (1) year related experience, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field preferred; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Willingness to learn new methodologies and software applications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for systems, including the following:
• Monitor and troubleshoot telecommunication devices (3G/4G, DSL, Satellite)
• Verify data integrity across several systems
• Assist with Quality Assurance testing of new Lottery terminal software
• Generate system reports based on customer, management, or development requests
• Operate proprietary Intralot, Inc. software applications
• Monitor system hardware availability
• Process customer requests such as new installs, removals, or change of ownerships
• Work closely with Field Service Technicians by phone to install or troubleshoot equipment
• Follow documented checklists and procedures for all daily work assignments
• Assist Call Center Operators with answering incoming calls from stores that require assistance
• Must be able to work nights and weekends in 12-hour shifts
• Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned
