The role coordinates across teams, leads readiness for new deployments, and ensures security/regulatory compliance while optimizing efficiency and reliability.

You will manage budgets, establish SLAs, and drive improvements, with travel up to 10% and a clear path for advancement across Junior/Journeyman/Senior levels.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• 4–7 years of experience + Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ years of experience + Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Oversee system operations activities and develop operational policies.
• Mentor junior staff and manage large-scale projects.
• Develop and maintain System Operations Plan; coordinate between teams.
• Establish operational standards and best practices; lead reviews and assessments.
• Analyze performance metrics and recommend improvements; manage risks.
• Design and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Lead incident and problem management processes; plan capacity.
• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements; manage budgets and SLAs.
