Job summary

Corporate Flight Management is seeking a highly proficient team member to manage flight operations from its headquarters in Smyrna, TN. This role involves overseeing scheduling, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing crew performance to support safe and efficient flights.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in aviation, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) plans, and travel privileges.

Qualifications

• Be at least 23 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver license and a good driving record.
• Extensive familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations.
• Minimum of one year in aviation or aviation-related industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Exercise authority for initiation, preflight planning, and cancellation of flights.
• Oversee crew member scheduling and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with federal rest and duty limitations.
• Administer payroll and benefit reporting for SOC personnel.
• Track aircraft use and prepare summaries for owners.
