Job summary

Henry Ford Health, based in Detroit, seeks a Nursing Education Leader to drive system-wide nursing education programs across all sites. You will coordinate orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice standards, delivering education and tracking learner progress.

The role focuses on implementation and collaboration with hospital educators to adopt standardized workflows and learning content, with a 40-hour work week and day shifts. Full-time benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
• Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and a range of training methods.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize nursing education across all sites to support consistent orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice.
• Coordinate and facilitate standardized education programs developed at the system level.
• Collaborate with leaders and educators to ensure adoption of system workflows and learning content.
• Deliver education, track learner progress, and escalate trends needing curriculum changes.
• Serve as a system resource for onboarding and education execution.
