Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
• Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials; knowledge of adult learning principles and diverse training formats.
• Must be self-directed, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
• Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials. Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats.
• Must be self-directed, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:

• Current Michigan RN licensure required, or ability to obtain Michigan licensure.
