Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit seeks an experienced educator to operationalize nursing education across all sites, ensuring consistent orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice. You will facilitate standardized education programs developed at the system level and work with leaders and educators to adopt workflows and learning content.

This role supports clinical practice improvements by delivering education, tracking learner progress, and escalating trends that require curriculum

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• RN licensure in Michigan required or ability to obtain.
• Experience in training, education design and delivery.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize nursing education across all sites to support orientation and competency validation.
• Coordinate and facilitate standardized education programs developed at system level.
• Collaborate with leaders and educators to adopt system workflows and learning content.
• Deliver education and track learner progress; escalate curriculum changes when needed.
• Serve as a system resource for frontline education execution and onboarding.
