Job summary

The candidate will deliver education, track learner progress, and escalate curriculum changes; serve as a system resource for onboarding excellence and clinical practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in training and education, educational design, and delivery.
• Experience facilitating courses and creating training materials; knowledge of adult learning principles and diverse training formats.
• Must be self-directed, proactive, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize nursing education across all sites to support consistent orientation, competency validation, and clinical practice.
• Coordinate, implement, and facilitate standardized nursing education programs developed at the system level.
• Collaborate with leaders and educators across hospitals to ensure adoption of system workflows, tools and learning content.
• Support clinical practice improvements by delivering education, tracking learner progress, and escalating trends needing curriculum or process changes.
• Serve as a system resource for onboarding excellence and frontline education execution.
