Qualifications

• Minimum three years of recent healthcare education experience or applicable clinical RN practice.
• Experience in leadership roles such as preceptor or charge RN.
• Experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design preferred.
• Experience in program or project management preferred.
• Experience precepting or training in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Froedtert Health system education programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet staff and specialty department needs.
• Teach system, site, and specialty-based classes as assigned.
