Job summary

Froedtert Health is seeking a System Educator to lead the development and implementation of education programs across the health system. You will collaborate with stakeholders, teach system-wide, site, and specialty classes, and act as a mentor and consultant.

You will teach Froedtert Health system-based education, require an RN license, a Bachelor's degree, and ideally a Master's in Nursing Education or related field. Three years of healthcare education experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, required.
• Masters in Nursing Education or related field preferred.
• Three years healthcare education experience required or equivalent clinical practice.
• Experience in leadership roles within education settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement education programs, services, and templates across Froedtert Health.
• Facilitate onboarding, competency, regulatory education, and residency programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, act as mentor, consultant, and educational leader.
