US Acute Care Solutions seeks a System Medical Director to provide leadership across five Ascension St. John locations and oversee the Emergency Department at the main campus.

You will partner with hospital administration and nursing leadership to support quality, performance, and operations across the system. You will supervise Emergency Medicine staff, drive physician engagement, and contribute to clinical governance.

Qualifications

• Provide system-level leadership and support to Medical Directors across Ascension St. John locations.
• Serve as Medical Director for the main campus Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and nursing leadership to advance clinical and operational performance.
• Support physician engagement, development, and alignment across the system.
• Supervise Emergency Medicine staff in accordance with bylaws and policies.
• Represent Emergency Medicine within the hospital, medical staff, and community.
