US Acute Care Solutions, LLC is seeking a Medical Director to lead and collaborate with hospital and nursing leadership in the ED. You will guide physicians and APPs, drive clinical quality, and shape the department's strategic direction.

In this role you will represent the ED within the hospital and community, oversee operations with bylaws and policies, and mentor the next generation of leaders. Prior EM leadership experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of the ED in collaboration with nursing leadership and hospital administration
• Supervise the EM staff, per the bylaws, policies and procedures of the institution
• Represent the ED in the community and within the hospital medical staff
