The role entails partnering with facility medical directors, hospital leadership, recruiters, and operational teams to drive physician engagement, patient safety, quality improvement, staffing excellence, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with board certification in EM is required.
• Proven physician leadership experience.
• Strong operational, quality, and team-building skills.
• Experience working with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician leadership development and performance management.
• Oversee recruitment and retention for EM and hospital medicine programs.
• Lead operational planning and resource allocation across sites.
