As the Brand Marketing Manager for RAMPQuest (a part of the Knowledge Services family of brands), you will be at the forefront of driving strategic marketing initiatives, managing strategic partnerships, and enhancing brand management for RAMPQuest. You will be responsible for creating strong relationships with current and potential clients to ensure their needs are met and promoting the value of RAMPQuest's services.

From digital marketing to event coordination and planning, you'll play an important role in aligning marketing strategies with business objectives, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and build strong connections with the RAMPQuest community. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop comprehensive marketing plans that encompass various channels and tactics to maximize brand exposure and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for RAMPQuest, incorporating a mix of digital, email, event, social, and multimedia strategies to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor positioning, using the data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated marketing campaigns that deliver consistent brand messaging and personalized experiences for distinct buyer personas.
  • Develop and oversee the video strategy, from initial planning to execution, ensuring engaging and successful content.
  • Lead the planning and coordination of in-person events, such as conferences and seminars, for RAMPQuest.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns to measure performance and make data-driven decisions for campaign optimization.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective clients that align with brand values and resonate with the target audience, leveraging COIs, industry leaders, and like-minded organizations.
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance lead generation and create opportunities for collaborative marketing initiatives that drive high-quality traffic and engagement.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive PR and media relations strategy for RAMPQuest to enhance brand visibility and reputation within the cybersecurity industry and government sectors.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, influencers, and industry stakeholders to secure positive media coverage and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities, ensuring our brands remain relevant and competitive in the market.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Manager, Product Marketing, or similar marketing role, with a track record of successfully executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights and performance improvements.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for brand building.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of market trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
