Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Nursing or a BSN with 15 years of nursing experience.
• Current MN RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required for those supporting ED/ICU/PCU.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program required for NICU/maternity.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for pediatrics.
• TNCC/ENPC or Workplace Conflict Mgmt Program required for ED/behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice design, development, and evaluation to improve patient safety and outcomes.
• Collaborate with nurses and inter-disciplinary team to disseminate evidence-based findings.
• Provide leadership and governance for nursing practice across the system.
• Develop and review policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance across the continuum of care.
