Fairview Health Services is seeking a Patient Care Supervisor for Ridges Hospital in Burnsville, MN. This leadership role supports ICU, Telemetry Monitoring, and Vascular Access teams while guiding staff engagement and clinical growth.

The role assists the Manager/Director with department operations, including supervision of personnel, nursing practice, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and financial management. A BSN and MN RN license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 2 years of nursing experience with at least 1 leadership role.
• MN RN license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day or shift-to-shift operations with Manager/Director to support the organization’s mission and goals.
• Plan, manage, evaluate patient care activities including staffing, resource management, quality and safety, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Prioritize assignments to ensure timely, productive, and efficient use of resources.
• Assist with equipment inventory and supply management within the operational budget.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Provider leadership and others to implement and evaluate standards of practice.
• Collect and analyze quality data and use improvement methods to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Act as change agent in system, procedure and process changes.
• Demonstrate skills in provision of patient care and ensure unit protocols and procedures are followed.
• Develop and monitor quality improvement initiatives and staff education/competency.
• Promote staff engagement and professional development.
