Job summary

PACCAR is seeking a System Integration Test Supervisor in Washington state to lead a group focused on integration and verification of vehicle systems on HIL benches. You will manage workload, drive improvements, and promote a collaborative environment to meet department goals.

The role requires 5+ years in vehicle systems development/testing with leadership experience, strong technical and communication skills, and knowledge of CAN/LIN protocols.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in development, test, or definition of vehicle systems.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Excellent technical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of vehicle electrical components and software.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on integration and verification of vehicle systems.
• Manage workload and processes; identify improvements.
• Promote a collaborative team environment and manage resources.
• Develop test plans and present risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with other departments to balance resources.
