• 5+ years in development, test, or definition of vehicle systems with 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead in a team environment and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with a team focused on integration and verification of vehicle systems on advanced HIL benches.
• Manage workload, resources, and processes to meet department objectives.
• Develop test plans and assess risks; present findings to stakeholders.
• Promote a collaborative team culture and drive continuous improvements in test coverage.
• Oversee ASPICE base practices implementation and apply Six Sigma techniques to improve processes.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and ensure staff safety and training.
