PACCAR is seeking an Associate System Integration and Test Engineer in the Mount Vernon, WA area. The role focuses on developing and executing manual and automated test cases for integrating and verifying PACCAR vehicle control systems.

You will review requirements, verify defects, and collaborate with development teams to improve test coverage and deliver reliable systems that meet schedules and budgets. BS in relevant engineering required.

Competenze

• 0–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage personal workload and respond to shifting time and project demands.
• Experience with automotive or commercial vehicle system design or hands-on verification/validation preferred.
• Familiarity or proficiency using HIL equipment preferred.

Mansioni

• Integrate and verify system functionality within a defined, limited scope, following established processes and procedures.
• Develop, execute, and maintain test scripts for PACCAR vehicle systems based on requirements documentation.
• Recommend best testing methods using either Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or vehicles.
• Assist with configuration of HIL test setups, including selecting appropriate hardware and software components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing coverage of requirements.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues in test setups and test scripts, escalating complex issues as needed.
